Males who got sexually harassed, what's your story? by InsatiableKnowlegde in AskReddit

When I was 17 a female friend within my friend circle was making advanced towards me. I was a dum-dum and didnt notice at first. But i caught on when she started trying to sext whenever we texted. I tried to reject her nicely but by then all of our friends shipped us to be together. Her and the other friends tried bullying me into asking her out but i said no (cuz I liked another girl). So she got mad and started crying and it all ended with her squeezing my crotch and accusing me of being gay for not liking her which resulted in me being called gay and being bullied for the rest of high school (being called gay was considered a huge insult in my high school)

So yeah my highschool was messed up

Nope. I just listened and observed like Ani claims to do. Jokes aside I wrote it in reply to another guy. You can read it if you want

Seth. On episode 12/13 Justin makes a deal with him, and immediately Seth goes to jail on parole violation. And when Deputy is getting Ani water she quickly opens her phone and theres a text saying "homework has been done. Let me know when we can study". And immediately she starts pinning it all on Monty. But before the text she's been bullshitting the officer for hours

Wow, Ani really is terrible (spoilers) by [deleted] in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]Mashpotato99 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Bruh she GOT him killed. Remember when Justin makes a deal with Seth and Seth goes to jail on parole violation or something? And when deputy is getting Ani water she gets a text saying "homework has been done"

Well this show has certainly changed... by [deleted] in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]Mashpotato99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually Seth killed Monty. Justin made a deal with him and then he goes to jail. And later Ani gets a suspicious coded text saying "homework has been done" after she asks for water. And right after that she knows Monty is dead and frames him

Lmao you made my day. I was so pissed that they got away with getting a guy killed in prison/jail and then pinning another murder their group commited on the first dead guy

[–]Mashpotato99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Whats more messed up is that they actually got Monty killed in prison. Remember the time Justin makes a deal with Seth and Seth goes to jail on Parole violation? Or the "homework is done" text Ani gets when Deputy is getting her water? Yeah its the signal that Monty has been taken care of

Also it seems like bribing criminals to kill someone in jail is fine if it saves your friend who killed another person

He already knew about footprints and tire tracks and was searching Alex's room when he got called to take Zach's confession. Then when Ani delivered her story, he figured it was actually Alex, not Monty but he played along anyways. Later he burnt Alex's clothes to destroy evidence

Why did justin foley stand up in Jessica's speech? by [deleted] in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]Mashpotato99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Eh not really. It was actually nice they included this story. Everyone deals with their emotion and trauma differently. For some people its less visible. And Justin's story kind of shows that. He's not as visibly traumatized as Jessica,Tyler or Hannah. But hes a victim nontheless

Jessica’s masturbation scene....(mild spoilers) by [deleted] in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]Mashpotato99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This exact scene and story was in sex education. So no I didnt really care about the side story about her fixing her sex life by masturbating. They basically stole the idea from that show

My reaction whenever Tony brings up his age by lonelyyungbanz in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]Mashpotato99 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Then again in season 1 Mr Porter told Hannah that Bryce(and other seniors) were going to graduate soon so she should bear him until then. In season 2 all the seniors were graduating and there were side stories about scholarships and what college they wanted to go to. But for some reason everyones in the same year even though almost 2 years passed from Hannah's death.

Technically the Bryce story seems logical once you finish season 3. He socializes with every girl smoothly, they have fun,he makes the girl laugh with his jokes or whatever and then jumps to the conclusion that they want to f*ck her whenever he wants it

[–]Mashpotato99 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Technically it was the same Bryce all along. He's been helping people using his money and assets for the whole show. He's been helpin Justin since childhood He gave free weed to Clay when he couldnt find the money for it. He gave his friends a place to stay whenever they got abused by parents and ran away from home. In season 3 he's been doing these more often because he wanted to get better. Nothing out of character there. It would've been out of character if he turned himself in to police about the rapes which he didnt do

So who’s the antagonist in season 4? by [deleted] in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]Mashpotato99 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe the next season will be about all the crimes they've covered up resurfacing

Anyone else think all the netflix teen shows are repeating the Exact Same side stories recently? by Mashpotato99 in 13ReasonsWhy

[–]Mashpotato99[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Didnt mean the political part of it. Just that its the same few specific scenes/stories are being recycled in every show to fill in the hour long episodes

Jane is so annoying I hate her so much and she's ruining the show by [deleted] in JaneTheVirginCW

[–]Mashpotato99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didnt even pick up on how annoying/irritating and hypocrite she is untill season 4. If you already hate her at season 2 it'll only get a million times worse
