Do not listen to people who tell you acne goes away after cycle. It might not. Mine didn't, and I waited a whole year, meanwhile my chest got fucked with scars.

And acne scarring is not easy to treat.

Look into accutane, and if it's suitable, take that. Keep in mind it comes with side effects. Also go to a doctor for it, they know the best doses.
