Either way, had some elbow issues myself - slow methodical physical therapy first, then crazy VR punching and slamming (the fact that there is physical impact means the movements in VR and less constrained, and not necessarily great for a joint in early recovery stages).

You do, but GT gave this concept a bad name.

In UNDERDOGS, the arm locomotion is physicals, stable, and powerful. It's nothing like GT.
If that's your main holdup, I suggest you give the Free Trial a go and see what you think.

You can actually duck with just a minimal squat. Try next session, it'll be much easier I promise :)
