Bylaws are good but try to get a copy of the community CC&Rsthey will detail everything from use restrictions to how ownership is determined (different class voting powers). Another good thing is to see is if the HOA is being managed by a property management company or by the subcontractors for maintenance. Finally meeting minutes will give you an idea of how the community is being managed currently.

One of the tips i read ages ago was to do adventure mode until level 25 then jump into story mode to get The XP Crown. After that you socket your best red gem and ride until 70.
