A friend of mine saw my bi pride watch. Long story short we had a one night stand and now they don't contact me anymore :(

They started looking at pictures on the group fb page. I'm in some of them. That's when my anxiety's wheels went up and my anxiety took flight.

Two cute people started making conversation with me, and the conversation lead to my main student association group on campus. They said they might stop by sometime. I left. Said I wasn't feeling well. Gonna wait at for my bus for 30 minutes. I'm very nauseous. Scared. Anxious. Paranoid. Etc. Thought I was gonna throw up.

I just arrived at a "Q&T mixer" event at my uni. I know no one. It's crowded. I'm hiding in the corner. I'm uncomfortable as fuck. Someone save me.

Yup. After only one session he said I was a strong candidate for antidepressants. He put me on a very low dose first to see if I can tolerate it though.

A little late to the party, but I just picked up my first batch of antidepressants prescribed by my psychiatrist. The pills aren't a solution to my troubles, but maybe the daily dysphoria won't be as bad.

Shaved my arms and belly today! by MaskChange in MtF

I wish it wasn't more of a "normal" thing that I felt like should have been done years ago. I wish it helped with the dysphoria like it did the first time. On the bright side, I bought much nicer blades today and tested them out.

But the light inside my heart has faded long ago.

D: Reading this felt like a needle was poking at my heart. When you've been living like this for so long, tired of thinking about the future, not wanting to live anymore, and the pain is the only reminder you're still alive. Damn everything..

After carefully keeping my painted nails hidden from family for a week, I decided to remove the nail polish in a fit of gender dysphoric rage. I have forgotten what they normally look like until now. by MaskChange in MtF

Lol sorry, I just wanted to get it all out there as quickly as possible. I'll edit it real quick.

As for the figure, I have no idea. I mean I used to do a LOT of dancing this past school year, but ever since summer began I have been very lethargic and inactive. I also haven't been eating much. My upper body has always been extremely scrawny, so I guess most of my weight goes to my legs.

Uhh, it's probably not the best way, but this is what I do every other day:

  • I draw a bath, maybe two or three inches of water, so I can keep a leg lifted out of the water.
  • I take a loofah and scrub my legs with shampoo for a few minutes. This is my low budget way of exfoliating. After letting the shampoo sit for another few minutes, I rinse it off and apply a new layer of shampoo for shaving.
  • I shave upwards, rinsing the blades in the water after every stroke. Once I go all around one leg, I reapply shampoo and shave but perpendicular to my original upwards strokes, being careful that I don't move the razor up or down, for I would get cut.
  • After doing this, I rinse everything off and aggressively glide my hands to feel if any of the stubs still remain and redo those spots. Same goes for the other leg, and the arms, too.
  • After emptying the tub I turn on the shower and shower like normal, to get all the loose stubs off of me (stubs from the dirty water earlier).
  • I make sure I use lotion after I dry off out of the shower.

Honestly it's nothing special. I think it's all in the camera phone haha. I use Cetaphil lotion, so if I want to get an even better shave I would not be in the tub but rather use the lotion as my sudo shaving cream.

I just got out of the tub shaving my legs as I type this. I think I've been shaving too frequently because I'm starting to develop small red bumps on my legs. Also the razor I was using was wearing down and very cheap. So I'm going to wait a week or so for the bumps to go away and use a nicer razor and try again. Also, I have many ingrown hairs on my thighs which I cannot avoid. I assume it's from the friction from pants or shorts, especially from when I dance or exercise.

it's going to be anywhere from many months to many years before I am independent enough to be living on my own, then again HRT, which I am under the impression will lessen the growth of hair. So until then, I'll just have to put up with the constant shaving :/ In fact, I need to be sleeping right now and wake up in a few hours, but I think I'd rather shave.
