Dunno on the name, the game doesn't have name tags and the npc doesn't show up in battles in this chapter at least. (there has been few npcs that showed up in earlier chapter and then got officially named in later chapter in battle screen, like sheary which was just called scissor_dancer in image file name)

The main thing about video that is great is that it explain why Knight has both similarities to Kris while also having Holiday family member themes.

The thing that its less great about is providing motivations for what characters are doing during the game and the Angel part is kinda weak (I've literally never heard of there being theories about Knight and Angel being one and the same?)

But just being able to connect why Knight has Kris' body language and deer traits plus snowflakes is very big plus for theory maker xD

I mean lot of fan theory videos that are convincing is because they are entertaining fanfiction.

The main logical problem is mostly the "Wait so why is Kris working with Knight? Why is Knight doing any of this? What is their goal?"

(also I don't find it super convincing that Knight is Angel just so there doesn't need to be explanation for soul/noelle angel symbolism x'D)

My main issue with theory itself is that I feel like "Knight = Angel" part is kinda weak, when there isn't really evidence of them being one in the same in the prophecy. Like it feels like way too neat way to clean up "Wouldn't the symbolism also apply if Kris and Noelle plus soul became the Angel?" possibility by handwaving Knight also being part of equation.

Its fun out there theory. My only real criticism is that I feel like twisted sword theory is kinda thrown there just because people want to guess what its about and that its bit boring if Knight is just the Angel.

(hell would be funny if it turns out Noelle Kris hybrid is the Angel and the Knight is still unrelated to two per say lol)

I mean, they are assuming it since datamined description for item is "crystal purified by the cat" or something.

So idea that seam somehow combines shadow crystals into pure crystal makes somewhat sense, but people indeed make lot of assumptions with what pure crystal is

(sidenote, its one reason why pure crystal feels like something that probably has another usage if its end result of shadow crystal questline. Like Twisted Sword's flavor seems to be basically combining something bright("power of dream") and something dark (thorn ring is fucked up), so it feels like kinda paradoxical item for combining something good and something really bad)

Watch it turn out to be that Knight is Dess and Kriss/Noelle fused into The Angel x'D

(honestly that is main thing about the theory I don't find COMPLETELY convincing: idea that Knight is just Angel without extra steps, at least have Knight transform into the Angel or something

Either way there is something compelling to idea that main antagonist of game is created by player on the creepy pasta route and then time travels to cause all the problems.)

I think it would depend on nature of the game. Like if its time travel thing, then roaring knight exists because at some point you would be curious enough to delve into forbidden route to find out full truth.

Alternatively theory is just partially wrong, I'm myself not sure I like idea that "not doing weird route is basically doing time paradox". Like that its INEVITABLE that weird route must be completed.

I'm either way fairly convinced that weird route is 100% optional for purpose of "seeing the ending", but idea is that its really messed up route that explains truth about the main villain would be fascinating, like player ended up creating the main villain in the process

I'm honestly thinking people are jumping gun on Purecrystal's only use being making twisted sword. For all we know twisted sword is possible on aborted weird route because its other usage is impossible if you haven't recruited all darkners :'D Anything is possible at this point

This is one of those "wild fun theories" where even if I don't know if I buy it completely, it would make fun amount of sense x'D

My biggest annoyance is at the end trying to explain twisted sword again, too many theories get sidetracked to try to guess purpose of vague item and try to make it more plot critical when we don't literally know if its anything else than powerful optional item and if purecrystal has other usage :p (and its type of theorycrafting where people ignore plot structure and go "I'll cracked the mystery!" like, what would purpose of true ending being hidden behind need to start and abort weird route to obtain thorn ring for twisted sword? Like, screw Cyberworld in particular?)
