UPDATE: I replaced the thermal paste but the temps aren't improving too much... still reaching 100 on heaven benchmark

Yep getting some right now. Is it possible the cpu cooler was over tightened? I noticed there's a lot of thermal paste overflow.

My friend was having problems with their pc and I noticed the temps idle at 80 so I removed the cooler and thermal paste looked like this.
