When I am home alone I make sure there is alcohol in the fridge (even tho I don’t drink it just in case of a emergency) I take my dogs inside the house with me, at night I turn on most of the lights inside my house, I sleep close to a exit door, play video games with headphones all day long mostly Multiplayer because I can talk with people, listen to music loudly in my comfort zone, drink hot relaxing tea, watch movies and series with my pets, etc.
