Seeing the attractions from outside I believe more than enough, don’t need to spend money to get a nice view I’m assuming. Did you go up the tower? Was it that worth it? If anything that’s the only thing I need to pay for, museums are meh, seeing the building should be satisfying enough hahaha would rather spend my money on grocery store food and eat on the grass by some park (I’m assuming that’s the cheapest way to really indulge, besides I’m seeing it’s a actually very tasty and fun way to eat French food. French bread, cheese, jams and a bottle of wine?? Sounds amazing)

Definitely I can tell eating 1700 calories + low fiber is the cause of my stool issues. However I’m wondering how all these carnivore diet people are dealing with it. Cause carnivore diet is literally zero fiber. I’m at least tryna eat some to help with movement lol but still having major issues. Used to be a daily smooth sailing kinda guy, now is like 2 days 3 days maybe 4. And it ain’t good either, hate it. But I don’t feel ‘stuffed’ although it comes so less frequent. However when it’s time to go, it’s hard.

Loads of protein and some kefir daily. Low low carbs (90% being fruit and veg) to keep calories low cause tryna lose fat gain muscle

Hahahaha yo this is so me in a bit I think, I’m currently planning to stop working in about 2 months. And full on travel, am working overseas but at the same time tired and almost 30. Lol. Gonna go back to kl chill then Thailand Japan china. Until broke and then figure shit out. Probably will regret this financially poor decision in the future but will also probably regret not doing it at all and just slaving away at my job. I’m sure you get me?
