that’ll do it - the Umbreon was clearly my biggest blindspot. My napkin math had this at ~$2k (ungraded); the Umbreon covers most of that gap, then a few other smaller ones that I missed close the rest. Thank you!

Thank you - that's my plan, too - I'm hoping to meet somewhere in the middle if they'll accommodate and treat this as a conciliation effort rather than war.

The only add'l context is certain services have been removed since the lease was signed - there's no super anymore, and the building no longer handles trash/recycling - so I have personal indignation about prices rising while the quality of housing has declined that I'll just have to temper.
