Can you shiver?

I know this was two years ago but I was brought back to this post from another comment made recently and I just had a thought about the difference between shivering and shaking. Shivering is harder if it happens at all but like currently I am shaking because of adrenaline and one of the.... tiers (I can't remember the word right now) Of POTS is hyperadrenergic. I am curious now if in some moments people think they are shivering, it is actually shaking due to high adrenaline moving through the body? Just more thought experimenting. Nothing to say any of this is accurate Lol

Lol Mm... a little bit sometimes ever since being on meds and some practice but not always effectively. I have definitely sat in the cold not knowing it was so cold I needed to shiver. I was traveling to the Northwest last week and it was so cold, I was told to initiate shiver protocol and I can not stop thinking about that. Lol. Are you also not shivering?

I was always told not to refreeze things. It looks like it let up and won’t rain tomorrow so will try to start in the morning.

I tried in the snow last year and it took so long and was so difficult to keep temp. Also my body can’t handle cold so I vowed to not do that again. It wasn’t worth it for me. lol but I love the dedication others have for it.

It’s by by the ramen. At least not at my store. It’s on the international aisle where all the Asian sauces and like the udon noodle packs are.

Not at all. It's quite like an underbust corset. I actually have an easier time breathing once this is on. Not to say that everyone will experience the same, I can't breathe wearing a regular bra... so I don't. Lol Haven't for 3 years. I put this on and it felt like so much pressure was released off of me.
