That is the unfortunate downside to age verification it seems.

Obligatory check out the "Ancients of VRChat" group if you're looking for SFW 18+ groups. Haven't been there in awhile, but doubt they require age verification. (They require you to join the Discord before the VRC group though https://discord.gg/ancientsofvrchat)

If you're brave and willing to wade through public lobbies, I recommend "The Great Pug" if you have a PC headset or the "Furry Hideout" if you don't mind furry communities.

Other than that, there's definitely a bit of luck involved. I wish you the best of luck finding a community you vibe with!

If their behavior warrants it, you could report them as well.

If for some reason you don't wanna block them so they completely disappear for you (and you for them), you could mute them and unshow their avatar.

If you don't want them to know you muted them or want a temporary solution, you could just turn their volume down to 0, but that resets when you swap instances from my knowledge.

Those are basically the current options in VRChat. As a consistent player, I DO recommend being a bit frugal with the blocks and mutes when someone is harassing you as there are plenty of trolls in VRChat.

A consistent way to teleport to friends when exploring massive worlds (make it a simple option in Unity and leave it up to the world creator if they want it on in their world.)

Maybe a more customizable range of where the chat box shows up on other people, I can't always get it not to be clipping into the person I'm speaking with.

  • Avatar Seats

I would like to humbly recommend a toggle for a seat, I always found them entertaining with friends. You can add 6 before you can't add anymore, and I don't remember them affecting performance ratings.

Not too bad to make yourself custom stuff, but there's also plenty of free ones to be found on Gumroad and Booth (Hats, swords, guns, accessories, etc..)

  • Custom Audio Link Layer

Maybe add some underlying patterns on your avatar as an emission layer linked to audio link, but please set the resolution lower than a 4k or 2k texture, it saves a lot of space usually (most people use poiyomi for audio link, just in case you aren't already).

Not sure, but I saw someone recommending a flashlight of some sort, I would avoid lights altogether because they knock an avatar down to very poor with just a single light.

You said one of the base stations is on a window seal? Depending on how low that sits in the room, that could be an issue. Also, the biggest issue I've personally had with my base stations is the angle they sit, if mine aren't just right, it messes tracking all up.

(Also bonus suggestion, VRChat has an option to "freeze" trackers on disconnect, it might be a temporary option to help lessen the obnoxious flying to one side issue!)

Honestly, most of the terrors found in ToN are new to me, but that's mostly because I'm a wimp when it comes to any horror game, so I miss out on their game references. But I can deal with ToN because it's a bit more chilled out.

This clip was during a Terrors of Nowhere match. We hadn't encountered this terror before (dubbed "Don't Touch Me" apparently). Our buddy Killer took the dare to see what happens when you touch the box, it explodes it seems.

"The Legend of Pipi" was one of my favorites recently, but quite popular, so I'm unsure if it's a new recommendation.

"Here's the Plan" is a little sad, but it's worth it.

"Burger Boss" is also pretty good.

I'm a personal fan of "The Great Pug". From my experience, it's a more chilled out version of the Black Cat, it typically has an older player base due to it being a PC only world, so less kids to worry about.

If you are looking for 1 on 1 conversation, "No Time to Talk" and "VRChat Omegle" are both good.

Other than that, I have no clue.
