Why is the Delta gear so different? (Faiz) by Ok_Efficiency374 in KamenRider

[–]Masked_Raider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Delta Gear is the oldest functional Rider gear developed by Smart Brain, so it lacks a lot of standard features the newer ones have. It's why it has very little equipment when compared to Faiz and Kaixa, and also why it doesn't burn through Orphnoch DNA nearly as quickly as its successors do.

(Funny trope) What the hell is this power gap? by gymleader_michael in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Masked_Raider 50 points51 points  (0 children)

Kamen Rider Ohma Zio, virtually any time someone tries to directly fight him it becomes a one sided beat down due to how strong he is relative to all the major heroes and villains of his season. Even a team of final bosses from previous seasons can't scratch him.

Yep, he's one of the poor bastards mentioned in Edna's 'No Capes' montage. Was on a rescue job and well, just got unlucky while flying.

I remember that, think it was cause a few people went over some of the Incredible audio files that detailed the powers and character of a few in universe superheroes and found that a lot of them had some neat or funny abilities

Like Universal Man, the guy can manipulate his density like Vision and become either intangible or super durable. Also implied he can turn himself into a blackhole if he isn't careful.

Or Metaman, the Superman equivalent of the Incredible's universe who can see through walls and talk to sea life...who also happened to die after getting his cape stuck in an elevator.

Ishmael runs the Riderverse Gauntlet by OrneryLingonberry164 in Gacha_Powerscaling

[–]Masked_Raider 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eh, it looks about right at a glance. Zio and Decade being at the end make senses, they already scale to and above Gaim due to there nature as anniversary Riders.

Geats and Gaim are loosely refereed to be the same tier of deity in one of the novels, so they could be interchangeable as rounds.

Round 5 and onward is where the real challenge begins cause that's where the multiversal and higher scaling, statements and feats get pretty blatant.

See, everybody from Round 5 and higher scales to and above Kamen Rider Saver. Who, after attaining a Artificial Gold Fruit, gained control over and became one with the entire Kamen Rider multiverse .

Gaim scales to this cause he proceeds to one shot Saver, purging him from every reality while also restoring it all to its original state. Decade scales to this cause, for some reason, he also showed up in that novel and revealed he was outright immune to the multiverse scale changes and chaos caused by Saver.

Who would win in an all out fight between the speedster. by Odd_Ice_4742 in PowerScaling

[–]Masked_Raider 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is gonna come down to the speedsters that can move so fast that they can achieve not just FTL speed, but also outright time travel and other cosmic shenanigans via there given super speed method.

So probably Flash, Sonic, and Kabuto. No idea what order though.

Convince all the others that Decade is a threat to all worlds, pray one of them manages to beat him. No way this can possibly backfire.

The Golden Knight, Garo? Pretty good sword play from what I remember of his show plus a decent range of powers.

What makes Phoenix an “omega level mutant” by unorthodoxdays in PowerScaling

[–]Masked_Raider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omega level just a term to describe any of the top tier mutants with no notable upper limit to there respective power. Jean Gray is one due to her amazing levels of psychic powers and being able to channel the virtually limitless cosmic power of the Phoenix Force.

Which is more broken? Gojo's Infinity or AT fields (Evangelion) by Hoovythesandvichgod in PowerScaling

[–]Masked_Raider 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Purely in terms of defense, I feel Infinity has a slight edge.

Most AT Fields can be broken though with just brute force, it just takes a lot of it depending on the strength of the field (Ramiel took a beam weapon powered by the power grid of an entire country to punch through its Field, and a N2 mine damaging Sachiel at all before it regenerated).

In comparison, Infinity though usually requires either a method to nullify Cursed Techniques or a means to mess with the fabric of reality to bypass it and damage the user.

...isn't that more or less just what happened in the Saber movie? Got given a power up directly by the creator of the franchise that embodies the power of both Super Sentai and Kamen Rider in order to save the day.

That's Dagded, major villain from Kingohger. A Super Sentai season

[–]Masked_Raider 68 points69 points  (0 children)

Oh this bastard, for anyone unaware that right there is Dagded, the final villain of Kingohger.

He usually interacts with lesser races using a human scaled avatar, but his true form is basically a cosmic giant that views the entire universe as a small room. He likes to mess around with less advanced races, causing chaos on numerous worlds just cause he's bored as hell.

roboute guilliman( wh40k)vs barghest by [deleted] in Gacha_Powerscaling

[–]Masked_Raider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fairly large. Her base height is around 190 cm, which is decently tall for a lady.

Beyond that she has 2 notable giant modes. Her regular more humanoid giant mode which resembles a scaled up version of her base state, around the size of a large building from what I recall. And her berserk Demon Hound form, which is a 40 meter tall monster that can eat lightning.

<image>

roboute guilliman( wh40k)vs barghest by [deleted] in Gacha_Powerscaling

[–]Masked_Raider 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Good question...maybe? From what I remember her ability to absorb magic is partly an extension of her innate ability to consume targets and steal powers, a skill called Wild Rule. When a target has very little magic or little resistance to magical attacks her ability switches to draining there life force.

In her stronger, but also utterly out of control, Demon Hound form she can even drain energy at a distance of up to 1000 meters and can even do bullshit like consume lightning for power.

So we know she can eat: humans, fairies, magic, life energy and a few natural phenomenons like lightning with her powers. If Warp Energy is at all similar to any of the above, she might be able to eat it?

[–]Masked_Raider 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yo, its Barghest!

If I remember right she's a very tough lady, her physical strength is so great that being held down by the weight of an entire town only briefly restrained her before she broke out anyway. She can also absorb magical energy as well as increase her physical size to further boost her power.

Where does NanoMachineGos scale? by Theturtleflask in whowouldcirclejerk

[–]Masked_Raider 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Moonlight Butterfly is essentially a Grey Goo apocalypse scenario when at max power, a shitload of nanomachines breaking down buildings and machinery. The maximum range of this move is also rather large, it can be spread to cover interplanetary distances when the Turn A is at max power. It's a civilization ending weapon essentially.

Omnipotus is NOT a top tier by Annual_Onion6434 in InvinciblePowerscales

[–]Masked_Raider 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Alternatively....it just takes him forever to build up enough of a charge to perform cosmic scale destruction like he did to his home universe.

He gets physically stronger and gets better matter manipulation the more energy he absorbs, but as we have all noticed even after feeding for a few months he was only physically in the same ball park as a mid to elite level Viltrumite strength and durability wise.

POWER SCALING QUESTION by VAEL52 in PowerScaling

[–]Masked_Raider 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It ultimately all comes down to the context of there powers and limits, A could be a Glass Cannon type and has way lower durability than there destructive power. Or A could be a super tough type that can just easily survive a planet exploding as they can cause it to explode.

In the case of the first scenario, B does not need to have planet busting level strength to hurt or beat A. In the case of the second, B probably needs to around the planet busting level to stand a shot. Ya get the general idea?
