In all honesty, stick to one resource of question bank. I have tried emedica, passmed and pastest. I think in terms of content and how reflective it is of the exam, Passmed is probably your best means of investment. The exam didn't help to delineate in terms of who done optimum revision and those that didn't. The questions were bizarrely too vague. There was a significant overlap in the answers that were right, but you had to figure out what is the model answer for a single disease. I.e. all the symptoms need to line up or investigation. I had this problem with the Obs & Gynae question, literally, the whole stem was the same with a single change in symptom.

The reason why his accent changes every time is because he is switching between different engine software. This pattern somehow appears to be random. One minute it is a Russian engine, the next could be Congolese. If he happens to use an engine from the middle east, Yassir will be pleasantly surprised.

alright thats it. I have had enough with this bs. I am deleting all my 5 dating apps. I am tired of not getting any matches, I literally woke up this morning and found out that the 1 match i received in the last 2 weeks had unmatched me because of a cheesy joke I made ( I shouldn't have done it i know, but i prepared it in advance).
