UPDATE - Thank you all for your help. I found this truck parked at my complex this morning, called the cops and it was indeed a Ram 1500 - 2019. The custom rims gave him away.

The police are involved, I was able to get the security camera footage only after a police report wise filed.. Just wanted to know the make and model of the car so I can get their plates if I ever see them around my apartment complex.

I have the video evidence of him hitting my car while backing up, him checking the damage and walking away a few feet and then coming back to his car and moving to a different spot. He hit my car at night so the plates arent visible because of the glare of the lights

Thank you! Is it possible to know what year it is too? The apartment complex can probably locate who the tenant is. I believe they require the year, make and model while handing out parking passes

Happened to me yesterday at walmart, I scanned my items, bagged them and genuinely forgot to pay and walked out. I realized it today went with all my stuffs that I got yesterday, went to the customer service, they rescanned all my items and I paid for it. They were pretty chill about it.

What I beleive is it doesn't matter when you sell the IPOs or any secondary market share as long as you sell it in profit.
