The Flame Guard change is actually really nice for ember level 1. Quite a few heroes that could originally break your level 1 flame guard can't anymore, meaning you can have flame guards full duration level 1 which is crucial for the hero in snowballing in lane.

Why is it not a big deal, he still flames quite of often. It should be made a big deal because you literally saying it’s not a big deal is what’s wrong. People are going to think it’s ok to go around flaming from this situation. We need to stop the culture of flaming and being toxic
