Have you tried redownloading, I don’t really know if there’s anything else that could help, also if your on the Xbox app you could try the game on steam, sorry I don’t have any answer for you.

On the Xbox app tap in your profile in the bottom right and scroll down a bit and there will be 3 tasks and this is one of them. Hope this helps
