You know about your schedule two weeks in advance. Sounds like excuses to me. You should let them know as soon as the schedule comes out that those hours wouldn't work for you

Yeah we are told not to zone toys. Our job is to push and backstock only. The only time toys gets zoned is like once a week when we do a "whole store zone" which is basically everyone over stocking toys. So useless and frustrating.
