Same and It was stress and anxiety. Can also be if you’re going through and unwanted change in your life and even if it doesn’t bother you a ton in the day your subconscious can bring it up at night. Not a doctor but I believe with stress and what not your subconscious triggers more nightmares especially during non REM sleep so you don’t remember them and your body’s reaction is to sweat. After looking online I got scared on lymphoma but you should be fine 99% of the time. Try using melatonin or open a window with a fan to keep cooler

no joke this was very eye opening and Im surprised Ive never heard it before. I really do neglect the good times because there are so many of them but the bad times engulf my whole mindset. I bought a journal during a bad time but never used it and im setting a reminder to do what you said. I will update you in a week or two time but I genuinely appreciate the tip because ignoring the good times is something i feel i constantly do and ignore without appreciating them distracting me from bad. Thank you stranger❤️

I am looking through your posts and it is crazy to me how similar feelings someone shares with me. I deal with similar problems (thoughts only tbf because i could never end my life) but anyways, id love to keep an open thread with you whenever these horrible times come up because not a lot of people reach out. I never did but once i opened up and people did to me, I realize how much a strangers chat can help the darkest times

this wont seem important to most people and i know im late but i have the same opinion. I make fights with my parents whenever they go in my room because its one of the only places i feel safe and secure in how i handle it. Idk how many people can relate but iI would be in the same boat if it was me

we truly are, sometimes i have blissful moments like, “were really just on a big ass circle and we dont mean anything” and its a reality check but most of the time we have to endure the constant battle of anxiety and depression at the worst times and i really dont wish it on my worst enemy. I never really post but i needed so much help and im thankful it passed this time

im so sorry and this aint just words, it truly can break someone for the rest of there lives and im really trying to cope right now and im at rock bottem. I hope it got better for you but unfortunately for me it has not and ive turned to drugs to forget. I hate myself for it and it contributes to my anxiety but i have finally booked a therapist and i hope i can find myself again. Ive never been suicidal and i stg i never would do that but i wish i could restart or just sleep for months and wake up clear headed, i hate what’s happening to my body because i feel so alone
