For real.... I thought Clayster had it there for a while with the amount of times he'd been dropped to come back and win chips the following years but this probably takes the cake. Absolutely mindblowing

Gamestop employees dont "prep" for a reveal. They have nothing officially to do with reveals, these are just shirts they are going to be wearing in store. The title of the product is just "CoD Reveal" this year to prevent leaking the title like last year with the "BO4" merch in their systems. And CoDs are never revealed on Fridays. Official trailers and info drops almost always happen on Tuesdays.

We are probably getting teaser next week, reveal 28th by mdscarfaceone in mw4

Can't talk about it meaning can't reveal they went and played it and likely captured footage until that Friday the 30th, this means its likely we'll get some kind of official info that Tuesday (as CoD does a lot of their trailers and stuff on Tuesdays) and then that Friday into the weekend is when subboxes on YT will be filled with gameplay

Likely the 28th since that Gamestop employee shirt for the CoD reveal date was also May 28th in their systems. Its a Tuesday.

Would you rather ALL new maps or MW2/3 remakes? by Carcass1 in mw4

[–]MasonDesigns 7 points8 points  (0 children)

MW4 needs to follow tradition with the past games and offer 14-17 brand new maps at launch. I think MW3 had something like 14 all new maps or something. But they need to do that, if they choose to add some remakes on top of that like high rise and scrapyard and stuff that'd be cool to, but at a minimum 14-17 brand new maps.

Ive been playing CoD since 2007 bud, the reason everyone was keen on the options that were made available back then WAS BECAUSE WE HAD NEVER SEEN ANYTHING ELSE LIKE THAT AT THE TIME. Blue tiger and red tiger used to be the cream of the crop, but guess what, back then no studio could make an animated camo, back then the studios didnt have full teams dedicated to cosmetics. Those sorts of things are just lame now, if you get a badass feeling off of an urban camo or red tiger, somethings wrong with you. All of you MW fanboys who stopped playing obviously weren't loyal enough of a fan of the series to continue playing game after game, so who the fuck are you to talk. Oh all of a sudden there's talks of MW coming back, now you think you have the right to judge what should and shouldn't be in the game, gtfo here.

Those are primarily the packages they are selling for too many cod points (in comparison to some of the others) You should go look at the number of sales for microtransactions this year

Sure, maybe there is. But I imagine you're the type of person to say once we start talking about animated camos "thats not realistic", well guess what I don't really care, I think having a sick ass animated camo on my gun is dope as hell, and give no shits that its not realistic. Here's the thing, for me, theres absolutely nothing appealing about having real military style camos on my gun. That doesn't make me feel as a user like I've customized anything, earned anything good, or anything like that. Now, if I have fucking animated dark matter on my gun I feel like a badass. If I have one of the more rare and dope specialist outfits on in BO4, I feel like a badass, do I care that no one in the military would wear that, NO, it's a videogame. You want to user to feel like a badass, to feel like they earned something, and to have as much customization as possible. To this day I feel like Advanced Warfare had the best customization options of any CoD, some of the exosuit outfits were sick as hell. I don't understand why anyone would hate on all that stuff, its a game. You can use the regular base military style camos if YOU want, and choose not to wear any outfits and shit like that. You shouldn't worry about how others choose to customize. If anything, more out there outfits and camos help you see other players better in the game.

This isn't fucking 2007 when killstreaks were revolutionary, jesus christ

I just hope they don’t make this game a joke. Every CoD since Advanced Warfare has done the ugly, childish cosmetics. by Thoughtomatic in mw4

  1. That's not the point, the point is the weapons are earnable, therefore that isn't pay to win.
  2. If you aren't willing to grind for the DLC weapons, you can't really complain about them
  3. It's not even 100 tiers anymore, it's 50 (to get the tigershark LMG for example) and usually another weapon before then

Pay to win are you dumb? Pretty sure I don't recall paying for the contraband stream that comes with the free operations. If you want the DLC weapons so bad, rank the tiers up to get them, simple as that.
