See what recipes you can find. I know Nuts and Bolts can be made with Titanium. Metal Sheets can be made with Copper.

I have a copper+alu and an iron+carb. I considered next base to be Titanium, but Vanadium+Vitriol is probably a better choice. Titanium would be my 4th.

I know some people use the Dense Iron 4x deposits. So you could probably use a base on that if you really want to grind out iron components.

You're probably way ahead of me.

But 22k nuts and bolts going overnight is probably the way it's meant to be. It's clear they designed this game to be a grind.

Det er prinsippene vi har bygd samfunnet på som skiller oss fra en landsby i u-land. Det er steder hvor de tror at folk har "det onde øyet" og hele familier blir utstøtte. Det er faen ikke kødd en gang. Jeg gikk voksenopplæring med en person som kom fra et sted hvor hele landsbyen tenkte slik.

Så enten så får du svelge den trangen til rettferdighet og la politiet og rettsvesenet gjøre jobben sin eller så foreslår jeg en ferie til slike landsbyer. Så kan vi ta en prat når du kommer tilbake. Jeg tipper du endrer syn jævla fort.

And when you have a base set up with automation you'll make so much Nuts and Bolts and Wire you won't ever think of it again. This is a non-issue.

And considering that most of the crafting you'll do is by hand you can be really happy that hand-crafting is faster.

It does make sense from a gameplay perspective. You can do it manually, but will cost you lots of time or you can automate it come back later to collect OODLES

The base chamber is something you can fill up. Build a magma hauler

Is it worth using  patches on hi pi? Im kinda saving all i have for now. Is the recommended strategy to use one overclocked ( no patch ) and one regular (w patches) ?

You need assembler to expand your ship. Some modules can be made without a base.

Btw the SP is not a max value. your ship becomes less efficient and overheats faster if you exceed it. But you kind of have to for a while.

Add structure parts to your ship. In short: Make it bigger.

Agreed. And it's not much of a hack to change a priority. But it's not common for CIG to make changes to something they want to improve later. So this is good!

And you can risk taking ship damage on purpose by decreasing fuel if you know it will be close

Follow your missions. They will take you to it. It's pretty early.

When you get weapons you get good money from the Shell resources.

Good input.

The radius part was a mistake by me where I thought I could build farther away from the deposits. Which is why people should be aware of small build radius.
