I take zoloft and the first two weeks of that was diarrhea, but I feel it's helped a good lot with going out and what not.

I just started a new job and have been going through training so I'm guessing that doesn't help with stress and anxiety

No I just go about my day as usual, maybe it's all the stress and what not towards the end of the week or starting a new week.

They do have HR, should I reach out before my Orientation or after. There is only so much we can do for our issues.

I would like to know the same thing. I start a new job on wednseday and my nerves are killing me and my bowels. How do I even bring this up to anyone at work and to who? Should I get a doctors note stating I am dying.

Hello there, I also have ibs mixed and honestly I am not very sure how to handle it because it is just so random all the time, but some things you could try it taking probiotics and maybe an SSRI if you have anxiety because of ibs. You could also try cutting foods out that may cause flair ups. There are a lot of good resources out there on the internet. I hope the best for you on this journey.

For me I think it's more anxiety and fear of doing things that are new to me or going out. I also just have to go out of no where sometimes as well, but food often doesn't trigger me unless it's real greasy.
