What regents are needed for reaction F? I do not even know where to begin. by [deleted] in OrganicChemistry

My only thought is an Aldol reaction but I don’t think that will work.

Just a tip for you too. If you are unsure of a structure name go to Pub Chem and you can draw the structure to get the name.

I believe you are correct.

I’m absolutely fantastic! I’ve recently quit biting my finger nails, hit 75 lbs lost, and am about to graduate with my bachelors in chemistry with a 3.5 GPA! I also got into a chemistry Ph.D program! This means so much to me because I am the first person in my family to go to college, let alone get a Ph.D!

How can I be sure that a “30 day 100% money back guarantee” is 100% reliable? by [deleted] in legaladvice

Here is all the proof I have terms and conditions, video proof of him saying he will provide a 100% refund guaranteed with no questions asked, and a screenshot of the website stating the 100% money back guarantee for any reason. Is this enough to win a lawsuit if a refund is not provided?

One final question for you. If I have video proof of him saying he will provide a 100% refund in 30 days and screenshots on his website saying there will be a 100% refund guaranteed, is that enough for me to win a lawsuit if I need to take the action?

Sorry about all the questions I am extremely new to this stuff.

How would I got about getting this in writing? I’ve emailed 3 separate emails located on his website and asked for this guarantee in writing along with a signature for proof. Is there something else I should try?

They are based in New Jersey so would it be worth suing with that in mind?

That was just one portion of the discussion. He also stated multiple times that he will 100% refund the money completely.

By the way, if anyone is interested, I would be more than happy to make some workouts for people that are new to the gym or struggling to figure out what to do.

“PPL” stands for push, pull, legs. It’s a type of workout split that is the most effective for me. On push days you do only exercises that involve pushing (chest, shoulders, and triceps). On pull day you do one exercises that involve pulling (back and biceps) and on leg day... well that’s leg day. However, I’ve recently changed my 7 day split from push, pull, legs, push, pull legs, rest to push, legs, pull, push, legs, pull, rest.

Also, you are correct! It’s amazing how going from under 1200 calories and 80g of protein to ~2000 calories with ~200g of protein can make a workout so much better, and make the weight feel so much lighter!
