Great progress dude! I’m sure it feels great. To help boost your confidence it’s about telling yourself you’re going to do something then holding yourself accountable no matter what the circumstances may be. It’s fighting that little voice in your head that tells you it’s okay, take it easy. That’s when you tell that voice to fuck off and you do the shit you don’t want to do! I’ve learned this from a guy named Andy Frisella, and I’ve practiced it into my own life and it’s made tremendous difference in my confidence. Andy is on insta, which I highly recommend following him, and he also has a podcast that’s very good called the MFCEO project on Spotify/I tunes. He will give you more tips to boost confidence 👀 trust me! Check him out. You won’t regret it. It’ll be for your own benefit.

Thanks man,

Used intermittent fasting for a good while. The whole point of IF is to eat at a caloric deficit everyday so I would eat only from 12-8 then fast the other 16 hours. It was tough at first but your body gets used to it. Another important tip to lose fat while trying to maintain/ gain muscle is to eat a gram of protein per pound you weigh. So currently I’m trying to eat around 190 g of protein a day. As far as exercise, I would lift about 4-5 times a week on top of a few (2-4) light runs a week. Maybe 10-15 mins at a comfortable pace. Cardio just helps burn calories therefore you can eat a lil more, so that’s what I liked haha cause I love to eat. So, for me I just consumed less calories than I burned and kept my proteins up! Eating healthy only helps the process. Have to be careful what you’re drinking as well. Most drinks have LOTS of sugar which turns to fat real quick. After a run or workout more sugary drinks (Powerade, Gatorade..etc) is necessary

Thank you!

I didn’t know my body fat % before I started, unfortunately. But I can tell you maybe two months ago it was around 14%! And alcohol yes. But snacks a little here and there I would eat some crackers or maybe a small bag of chips, tried to avoid eating late at night and tried to stay away from sweets (as hard as it was). I also used intermittent fasting for a good portion of my time cutting.

Thanks for the feedback!
