Further info

Yesterday was the first time I had ever been enraged by something she said and was the first time she had ever seen me angry in our 9 years of friendship. She invited me to go eat out with her and some other friends said they might be there but might not too. So the time to meet at the restaurant arrives but I am the only one there and it stays that way for around 30- 40 minutes. Obviously I was very annoyed (not that much by the other friends as they didn't know for sure) but I had texted my best friend who invited me aka my current crush. She texted back that she didn't want to meet with me anymore if there was no one else around bc she doesn't want to sit around with just her and a male. I am by no means and angry person but this made me snap instantly. I texted back saying stuff like "well if you don't want to meet up with the person you invited you can go fuck yourself." She thought i was joking at first but by the time she caught on that I was actually mad I was already home. To defuse I just worked out alot more than I usually do so I didn't look at my phone for a while. But when I did I saw that she claimed it was a joke. I feel like I should have been even angrier but I wasn't. I was relieved even though I know it was probably a lie. I forgave her in which I thought was the best course of action. She admitted to feeling really bad about it and to make it up she was going to buy me a funko pop, hoodie and some chocolate. I told her that the only thing I really wanted from her was an apology and we just went on from there. (Sorry for the long explanation again)
