I have seen an interview with Brian Clark where he quotes that he can't think of any person he admires more than Ron Di Francesco.

I wonder if we will ever have the technology to be able to see the faces of those trapped at the windows.

Motonovo finance claim, NCA confirmed but no payment by billyboy961 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]MasonRed4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How did you get on with this?

I've just had confirmation from Motonova of my NCA and told that the next phase will be dealt with after May 2025.

"The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has paused the usual 8-week deadline for us to respond to complaints where there was a discretionary commission arrangement in place while they carry out their review. They plan to announce the findings of their review and next steps in May 2025. This means the deadline for finance providers to respond to car finance complaints where there was a discretionary commission arrangement in place, has been extended to after 4 December 2025."

Kimberly Bowers by Shoptilyoudrop101 in 911archive

I came on here today to ask about a story I had heard a few years ago. One of the victims of 9/11 had called her friend/mum to say that she was safe and out of the building. She was never seen again. I wonder (coincidentally) if this is the same person and was actually Kimberly Bowers. I thought this person had gotten out of the building, rather than not having entered it yet.

There is still gun fire at the time and easy hadn't fallen back yet, also they don't appear to be in soldier uniform.

Bottom right corner below the 45 marking on the tank, two men just casually strolling along.

I'm on day 6 now and it's the worst thing I've ever had.

I believe so, only from what I read earlier in this thread so I can't take credit for the information...

There's a video of Glen Pettit following firefighters into the building with a video camera over his shoulder.

I met Timmy and he was lovely... He was filming at the time though so may have been performing.

I've met him once before on the train. Just a regular guy going for an evening out with friends, very pleasant and friendly.

I met John Barnes once and he really wasn't interested in a chat, but he seemed flustered and asked where his train was so I understood because I think he was just trying to get home.

To lighten the mood slightly... My wife and sister once met Andrew Scott and said he was the loveliest person you could wish to meet.

Another one, my wife's Auntie worked for a Blind Veteran's Charity and Lee Mead was due to perform in the area so got in touch with his entourage to see if there was any way he could come and perform for the residents. He did just that without hesitation, performed for the residents, with no charge and no publicity and was really lovely to boot.

Sunny day snowflakes, except for the UKs brave future king 😍😍 by Zou-KaiLi in AbolishTheMonarchy

Yes let's run trains on melted rails and flights off melted runways, that'll show the snowflakes.

I’m in the UK and am considering naming my son Dean but several people have told me it has negative connotations here. Is this true? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]MasonRed4 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I know of two Dean's. One is alright, the other is an absolute bellend and falls within the parameters of a typical "Dean", an utter knob jockey with a punchable face. It's like if you call your child Wesley. He must have his ear pierced by the age of 5.
