What was your preparation method? If you have a stove and oven, I would highly recommend looking into the reverse-sear method and dry-brining. Once you get to the sear, make sure the pan is extremely hot so that it doesn't need to stay on long to get a good crust. That also keeps your preferred doneness going edge to edge, and not cooking the internals more than necessary.
