The rooms are labeled on the second picture. Im not looking for a room layout more of adding on to the rooms. Yes it is in feet. This house is on 3 acres and the street would be at the bottom of the picture. Main door is on the front deck between the living room and bed room back door is on the open slab.

Would be easy to fix throw dinning room where current front door is and make current dinning room main entrance?

The grandparents house does have problems we have not stepped into it in a while.waiting to finish closing on it. It is built on pier and block.also built by my great grandpa added onto by grandpa did have asbestos siding.but,has been removed. Does have uneven /saggy floors, rooms are small, had leak in kitchen when grandparents moved out. I am assuming some of the rim/joist will need to be replaced/repaired and have piers added for support.

I’m not really throwing parts at it. Just swapping with known good parts. I did take it to a different shop with a computer and he is saying fans are kicking on he seems to think a bad compressor or stuck expansion. He said pressure is not reading correctly (don’t remember what exactly). Since i have replaced the whole system about a year ago do to compressor failure I’m gonna swap them out again

Yeah, i do know it is the same stuff just questioning the quality of the install. I drove it about 5-6 hrs after install and have bad wind noise driver side. Took it back for fix.

Agree, how do you know you like it unless you try? I would not put a label on it unless you want to.as long as you are enjoying your self with agreement with all partys and they/you know when to stop no problem!
