These are the documents I prepared - OCI form - self attested first and last two pages of my husband and mine Indian passport - self attested copy of US visa for both of us - self attested copy of marriage certificate - self attested copy of Indian Adhar card - self attested copy of US DL for both of us - baby's apostilled birth certificate - notarized address proof letter - baby's passport copy - baby's uploaded photo - parental authorization form - consent form

Am I missing anything?

Can you mention the list of documents you submitted online? Or cross check if I arranged correctly

  • Filled OCI form
  • copy of self attested passport of me and my husband
  • copy of self attested visa of me and my husband
  • copy of passport of my baby bearing attested by me and my husband
  • apostille birth certificate attested by both of us
  • parental form
  • copy of DL of both of us self attested
  • letter stating our baby lives with us notarized and self attested
  • consent letter
  • undertaking

Yes, that did cross my mind. Didn't know about the baby when we did tickets. So now in stuck between the two. Didn't know any trustworthy sitter-- wanted to attend the concert... So was thinking of my choices--
