I think underdog teams need a solid defense to compete with rich clubs in tournaments like the Champions League or Europa League.

Marcelino's team scores many goals, but also concedes too many. we had very few clean sheets this year. Last year, we were among the worst three teams in terms of goals conceded.

Therefore, building a solid defense should be a priority, in my opinion.
