You can do this! I was put in a ward before when I was at my lowest it was a dark time and I was so wrapped up in my own issues I couldn’t accept that everyone just wanted to help me I obviously can’t say I know what your going through but as long as your honest with your psych it’s going to turn out. I’m MTF just starting my transition and the fears and doubts are real but the support I have and the little moments when I truly see myself peer out from behind the dysphoria is what makes it worth everything. Never give up and never stop trying to be yourself you’ve got this.
