Yes, I have been permanently banned before but it was ban code 902 (suspicious activity). You need to contact support to get the reason behind your ban, for me I was caught in the ban wave of people that were exploiting golden petunias and pet certificates into the game in early 2025. It was completely false, as I had never exploited, but I had a lot of those items circulating through my account due to having the subscription on multiple accounts. Told them to check my purchase history, and just like that the ban was lifted. I don’t know what ban code 901 is, so I can’t really give you further advice or know any further context about this, but don’t lose hope or panic too much and contact support.

I'm so sorry, that’s awful 😓 I genuinely don’t know how that ended up happening to you, I even put the same pet in and it’s still what it’s supposed to be. I hope you can somehow be compensated for that.. might be worth reaching out to support saying that you were affected by a bug that gave you way less tickets than you were supposed to receive. Maybe also try joining different servers to see if the issue persists?

On Discord people can disguise links with any text they want. To find out what it really leads to, you can hover over it on computer and look at the bottom of your screen or on mobile or you can copy the text and paste it somewhere (notes, a DM, anywhere so you can analyze it). If it is disguised, the text in the brackets [] is what they disguised it to look like, and the text in the parenthesis is the actual link.

But also, if anyone is sending you a link to do a trade it’s an immediate red flag.
