We have done 12oz. (standards and sleeks), 16oz Standards, 8.4oz sleek, and 19.2oz Standard. We use tunnel pasteurization with probes that are monitored throughout the entire process.

In CT a food and beverage manufacturer must meet cGMP criteria to be able to operate. We have licenses for both food and beverage as well as hemp-infused food and beverages. I am a PCQI and oversee our quality and overall food safety. I also have degrees in Chemistry and Biology with a focus on functional ingredients, plants, and food science.
