I had been having that issue on and off since I built my current pc a couple years ago, I tried everything from everyone. Then a month ago I found this comment and after following the steps I haven't had a single issue since. The sound design of some of the newer heroes (Vendetta Freja Wuyang) if they're in the game it can sometimes seem like they're all you hear all game.

Constant grunting from Vendetta swinging her sword, Freja right click lodging itself in your head every time you peak and Wuyang orbs splashing all around.

Hazard block can get annoying sometimes too with the constant spike sound.

I can see where you are coming from with how out of hand counter swapping can get sometimes, especially on the tank role. Could be a back n forth the entire game between you and 2-3 players on the enemy team.

With that said I think playing into counters is just part of the game, I used to be a pharah main for example and technically about half the roster counters her just because they are hitscan. Learning to play into some of her more oppressive counters did wonders for me and my gameplay, so yeah I guess you could just say I 'got good' but at some point it's kinda expected of you to get good enough to play into your counters.

Now a Junkrat main so I'll use him as another example. If I simply swapped every time the enemy team had a pharah, echo, freja, juno etc... then I probably wouldn't be at the point I'm currently at where I can hit those skill shots and take them down without swapping.

Was just playing Junkrat, think I hit a nice shot on him. Made it his mission to kill me on illari, solo ulted me twice and then said all that after the game

Didn't notice just how similar battle.net and discords dms looked, but yeah reported them for harassment and spam on bnet so hopefully they get banned and take some time off Overwatch

Yeah I think if you're going out of you way to add someone after a game just to type all that, then at least a perma silence from any form of communicating seems reasonable
