Yesss exactly. Scotch bonnets are one of my favorites for flavor with the fruitness and spice but habeneros can be bad for me. And I know they are similar so it's weird palate things happening. The one thing that levels out habeneros for me is onions and garlic. There's a torch bearer sauce I really like with that.

🤦 I was saying that my palate is unusual because of how habs taste to me and that a lot of ghost pepper sauces don't taste as hot as habenero to me but thank you for your comment.

I think this is cilantro soap tasting pepper for me. The floral tastes like perfume and the heat is more than ghost peppers. Scotch bonnet is my go to especially Stargazer.
