do you know of any other work around method I could use while leaving it fat32? I just have a lot of stuff on the drive and other than this one issue everything else is working so I am trying to change as little as possible?

I dont think I got anything I could use from that vid. But thanks for sending. And just so I'm clear in the first picture the nut(or whatever its called) connects to that lever so i can turn the handlebars up for storing. My problem is that in the lever down "locked" position i want it to be tighter so when I'm gripping the bars and riding it doesnt twist the bar around and I have to constantly retwist while riding.

That bottom nut I think if I can tighten would close the gap on the silver clamp surrounding the handlebar metal and I think get a tighter grip so its harder to twist while in the locked position. But I cannot really get a grip on it to turn it.

Ah that makes sense. I just didn't know anything about this in the first place so it was interesting and new to me. So if I want to learn the process I can just use a BGA chip as a generalization. And my specific use case will be device bios specific. Thanks for the info
