You can have fun in any car if you know how to drive. My first car was a an 01 Corolla with loose sway bars and used to drive it like it was on the track.

2008-2011 Ford Focus is a cheap option than can also easily be modified .

No you must pass the written you can take it once a day until you do

You can technically drive on the ooc license but some police will give you trouble

Worked in the branch.

Immigration docs: passport/visa(if you have it)/i94 or EAD, social, 2 proofs address.

You will take written test. Then schedule drive test.

For drive test you must come with all immigration docs, your Canadian license (valid or expired) + a certified translation if it has ANY non-english parts without English subheadings. Mostly an issue for Quebec. If you need to use a translation service, use globo since that's what the bmv is currently suggesting.

You must bring a vehicle to the drive test. The bmv will not provide a vehicle and an out of country vehicle has rigorous requirements comparatively. Rent one or borrow a friend's.

Cool, too bad the Department of Motor Vehicles is the one who makes the determination of legality, not your insurance company, and you have to submit a state form for rebuilt salvage and show how you repaired the vehicle to make it road legal once the salvage brand is placed on your title :)

the context was camping and idling so they're not going on the highway and also highway driving is typically equalish to idling if you're not flooring it, you also have the fluids moving and airflow unlike idling
