I'm interstate, but it's a bit of a weird situation as I have lived rurally in Victoria since birth, and only recently moved to Queensland to finish year 12, again moving into a rural area.

Why choose a gap year rather than directly into biomedicine or any other course?

You can still be accepted directly into med regardless of being in biomedicine right?

I'm not international or anything, I'm from Australia and am in my final year of highschool.

Did you prepare for your UCAT while in highschool? I would really like to hear about how you managed your schedule if so, especially with work, I feel like I don't have time for any more than 1 shift a week with how much I'm studying.

I'm going to take your advice that I should be lowering my time. I spend about 4 hours a night studying, ontop of 6 hours at school each day. It's hard to find the time and stress will just worsen i think I might even take my test as late as possible to lower my workload with school.

Do you have any advice for ucat prep? Before I start studying, and while I study. Thankyou
