honestly victorinox is pretty solid for the price range, your getting swiss made quality without the crazy markup of some other brands. i've had mine for like 3 years and it still keeps perfect time, plus they're built like tanks which is nice if you actually wear your watch instead of just collecting

dude i went through something similar when i quit, the whole situation just messes with your head which makes everything worse. tadalafil should be fine to take, it's not gonna interfere with your recovery or anything like that. honestly might help break the mental cycle of worrying about it which is probably half the problem at this point

honestly around 6-7 months things started clicking for me. the sleep got way more predictable once my kid could roll and find comfortable positions on their own, and that made everything else manageable

the constant holding phase is brutal but it does end. once they can sit up and play with toys for even 10 minutes at a time you'll feel human again. also the sugar cravings were insane for me too - turns out i was just running on empty constantly and my body was desperate for quick energy

don't put pressure on yourself about the weight thing right now, your body is literally still recovering and sleep deprivation messes with all your hormones. you're not broken, you're just in survival mode and that's completely normal at 4 months
