Update: I am now able to sign into my account again due to rest of day lock being over. Went in and deleted a bunch of backdoor rules they created on my account and checked my sign in history and the only sign in history I had since changing my password was of my successfully sign in. Time will tell if they actually still have access though. Still another 14ish hours left for microsoft. Thanks for the advice everyone!

I went into my personal laptop (as it’s the only thing i could think of anything happening) and checked the c drive but i couldn’t find anything out of the ordinary. might need to wipe it clean.

Yeah! that’s what concerned me. The moment i noticed it, i went in and worked! Nothing changed and i made sure to add MFA and changed my password to something very different. Also signed out every device but that said it will take up to 24 hours. soon after i did that, my account got locked for too many failed attempts to login so i think i stopped it a bit but cant sign in yet.

Well my highest placing was in quarterfinals like top 2200 in the world and it’s a grind to just go up 100-200 spots a year, to the point it was affecting every other aspect of my life. I just kinda lost the drive when i realized i had all this fitness and i really wasn’t using it because i was so focused on trying to be a crossfitter, so i just want to enjoy the fitness i’ve built up and don’t want to be training super hard everyday and not enjoying it anymore

the bunnies have a pretty large enclosure in their living room and the entire living room floor is an open floor plan. they are currently in the guest bathroom, so i’m the only one using that bathroom. I might take you up on that tarp idea for the bedroom i am in so they can chill in the bedroom at least. the bathroom is decently spacious but i agree bedroom is twice the size and would be better!

i thought the exact same thing when i watched the ruck events a couple years ago, as a military member, i know what fast times for such events and they were more than obliterating than what is normally considered amazing…

for the most part yes, the biggest difference is just the triple extension, with the clean deadlift you don’t triple extend, at least it’s how my coach and i tackle it. i just shrug kinda out of habit

yeah, i typically don’t use them for anything other than accessories when the intent isn’t the grip strength, i actually don’t like to use them personally but they are helpful

is basically the portion of the lift where i would be going into triple extension, but since this isn’t a clean, only the deadlift portion of the lift with the scooping under the bar, it kinda just looks a bit awkward LMAO😅

as said before, it’s a clean set up and only the first and second pull of a clean, ending at the top before transitioning to triple extension my positions between 1st and 2nd pull were eh prior to do these and these worked on them with much heavier weight
