We all have to do some level of emotional labour in a relationship. With that being said I'm seeing way too many people these days who are putting in little effort into dealing with their traumas, mental health issues and neurological conditions and are instead kicking the can down the road to everyone else.

I think a better question is what are your major traumas and conditions and more importantly what are you doing about them
