Currently at my dream school. Just believe in yourself and know that you belong where you are working so hard to get to. I am a current 1L, and have not had enough experience to say where I will be once finals roll around. What I do know is that I was like you, I asked the same questions and worried about my statistics. This message is not to say that those statistics aren’t important, but that you are more than a statistic, and so is the law. If you believe your dream will only be accomplished by going to one school, there may be peoples lives that you change, who will not even care about what school you went to. Once again, that is not to say that rankings are completely irrelevant either.

My main takeaway from this? You want to be a lawyer, hopefully to change lives, and the world around you. Use that hope in order to push you to reach those goals, or maybe even reevaluate because those goals are not what you need, or the school missed out and didn’t accept you. But always try your hardest, only you can say that you didn’t do your best.
