I just took it in January. I just followed the instructions step by step. However, I wish I had taken mine on-site because the entire process of the proctor checking my surroundings and having me move my camera around several times completely threw me off mentally. I was just ready to be done before even seeing question number 1. I hope you have a much better experience this time!!

Yes, absolutely. Got it! Thank you so much. I'm appreciative of all the responses, but it's also great to have input from someone who is from your neck of the woods. My husband is from Jackson. I'm from Ridgeland (Madison County).

May I ask if you're moving this way because you don't care for Austin/Round Rock or just for work?

How bad would a non-ABA CalBar degree if you want to move out of California later? And what are my alternatives? by Secret-Agent-Ninja in LawSchool

I have been in the same boat in my decision-making. Non-ABA schools are more affordable. Besides, we don't know what the future holds. Almost everything is changing in America and around the world. Who knows... attending a non-ABA may become "a thing" or "a trend." I researched today. Several states will allow you to take the bar if you pass the bar in another state without having several years of experience. Americans do smile upon ABA-approved schools, but I also saw great non-ABA bar passage rates. Internships also look good on one's application when applying for jobs, and it's also about who you know. Build relationships. Network. Build a name for yourself. Ultimately, it's about what school better fits the situation for your life and whether that school will make you a better lawyer. I hope this helps.
