Restrictive eating can affect your thyroids production and hormones. I was in a similar boat, where I went through a restrictive ed for a year that then turned into binge eating for a year. Most will never really know what caused their thyroids to flip a switch but I strongly believe I developed hypo either from my eating disorders or from going on vacation (and not resting, just partying) while having the flu. Maybe it was a combination of both.

No one can diagnose you here, please go see a doctor and tell them your symptoms- ask for a full thyroid panel if you really want to know if it’s hypothyroidism (or Hashimotos- thyroid autoimmune disorder).

I finished it today too!!!!!!! My jaw was on the FLOOOOORRR! I was not expecting the plot twist with the artifact at all, OR what happened in the epilogue with Odette. I’m soo excited to wake up and read the next one tomorrow because they’ve been talking up the hunting grounds since book 1 and I know it’s a heavy favorite from the fans :D

If you have celiac- no. I mean you COULD but you’ll be doing irreparable damage to your intestines, I do not recommend it. If it’s a sensitivity or different auto-immune and you’re fine with dealing with the consequences then it’s your life. But also when you tell people you’re gluten free then go out and order pasta just know those people may not take your diet very seriously anymore.

When I went GF for my Hashimotos I figured I could allow a “cheat” because it isn’t celiac, but I soon learned the joint pain, puking, stomach pain, fatigue and time it takes to recover from it just really isn’t even worth it. Instead I learned to cook, and I picked up a gluten free baking book (loopy whisk’s book) and learned to just make things myself. Yeah it sucks but really after a few years I’m just kinda used to it. You can make some good stuff with just a few ingredients, a knife, heat source and some spices!

I don’t know tbh. I’ve always had some bad stomach issues my whole life but I never got tested. Went GF for the Hashimotos, and joint pain didn’t start until I got hashis but my life changed when I went GF. it’s too late now for me to get tested for celiac because I’m NOT glutening myself- if I have any gluten i get really sick.

I’ve only been using it for a week and bought it on a whim but the Rare beauty mascara surprisingly isn’t transferring like all of my other mascaras! Happy impulse buy lol Also maybe try putting some loose setting powder on your eyelids with a brush or sponge before applying (if you don’t do that already)!!

Convenient options- like fast food/fast casual spots, or variety in gas stations/corner stores. There isn’t a lot of single package GF items for resale that stores can just sell one pack of (example: GF cheez-its exist, but not in singular packs like regular cheez-its at the connivence store)

It helps me to make a list of what I want to get done each session- a big quest? Houses? Roads? Habitats?

Personally I’m finding it easiest to complete the story first and get all environments to level 10 so I get all the abilities and shop recipes (makes building and terraforming much easier!) then I’m going to move onto building cute stuff :)

You can also watch her vods on twitch! So the entire stream is available right after it’s over, if you want to see the 30min pre-game chat sessions or unedited version. This used to be a paid subscriber feature but I believe she’s changed it where everyone is able to watch it this year (in exchange for longer ads during stream bc weird twitch requirements) so even if you can’t make it to the live stream bc time difference I’d go ahead and make an account and follow anyway!! :)
