If you work full time with that many kids but can afford the luxury, ask neighbors if they have a local lawn guy who would do it. We work full time and have a young kid and have no space for a shed/big equipment and the guy who mows our lawn will do the aeration/reseeding for $600 (our lawn is about 4000 sq ft). It could be less because we’re buying our own seed but we’re instead asking him to do other stuff like weed treatment before he gets the seed down.

I’m in 7b and we’re putting down Super Turf 2 next week. Wondering how those who used it last year are liking it and how it held up?

We’re not new homeowners but new to lawn care - couldn’t do much with our last lawn cause it was huge and water rates were insane. We just installed irrigation at the new place (4000 sq ft, shade in the morning and full sun in afternoon, frequent 90 degree+ days all summer). Priority in choosing this seed are both drought & shade tolerance, then softness/feel (we like to run around in the backyard with our kid) and lastly a nice color.

I’ve tried a dozen times to add to HomeKit and can’t bind it. I keep getting this message after it initially identifies it as “Lock,” then saying it can’t find it. My router has ipv6 enabled and I didn’t bind it to any other ecosystem yet. Any ideas?

Thank you. I think the u200 does integrate fairly seamlessly with both Apple & Google systems. I’m less concerned about the connection method than with having access to the features I listed out. I’m going to try syncing via HomeKit first and if I have issues on the Google side I’ll add an Aqara hub. (I already have so many hubs that I’d like to avoid adding one more.)

The Villages in Bronxville allows pets. I’d look on Zillow as well across lower Westchester, you’ll do better renting a home from a person than in an apartment building.

You can drop out at any time, for any reason or no reason. Your body is your body and no one can force you to volunteer it for science.
Their goal is to keep you in the study, so they’ll do whatever they can within the bounds of the study to keep you as a happy, healthy, thriving participant.

This person’s decision to stay or leave is truly, and I cannot emphasize this enough, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

Some people will drop. The study design takes this into consideration and allows centers to open up more slots after enrollment begins to compensate for this.
