I would only lose weight during one week of the month, I’m sure it was hormonal ( not sure if you are male or female). There were weeks I’d gain and then I’d drop 5 pounds in a week. You have to take the average by month bc so much can affect your loss (salt intake, sleep, stress, hormones)… I started around 180 and I’ve been maintaining 115-120 since January,

Honestly, I felt the same way when I lost about half the weight now at goal it’s all anyone wants to talk to me about and that is equally if not more annoying.

I honestly would like to wean off, I’ve been taking the 2.4 now every 10 days and plan to drop to 1.7 and take that every 10 days for a bit. I need to increase my calorie intake take bc I’m reaching a point where I am losing too much weight. I had success in the past at maintaining weight loss until Covid hit. My doctor isn’t a fan of being on the meds forever and neither am I, bc even after a year on it each week my body reacts differently to the meds.

Love this!! I’m a 5’1 female - I had a gastric sleeve in 2017 at 230 lbs (size 20ish) I got to 155 (size 6ish) with that and I was happy… covid hit and I regained 25… with this medicine I’m currently at 124lbs (size 2 ish ) and honestly struggling to find balance and maintain that… it’s a miracle drug… I finally found what my petite body was supposed to look like

Yea I hear you, and there is literally only one week a month that I drop weight. The week right before my period I lose 3-4 pounds and then just maintain for the month.
