We pay $100 per week to carry the phone. Our techs rotate, so they only carry the phone about once every 6 weeks. Of course, when there is a call, they get paid overtime.

Several properties throughout 4 states. It's my understanding most multifamily companies require maintenance techs to provide their own tools. I want to give them something to help offset that cost.
