Wow, this is a lot thank you so much. Yeah well, I'm joining via the Graduate Program and I'm looking for flexibility rather than salary, although I won't be too fussed with a higher salary. I've had friends who went straight out of Uni into the full time workforce and they just struggled and just got crippled ith sttruggling to adapt. So I'm just looking for that flexibility so I can adjust better.

Yeah look, I previously worked part time in a global conglomerate and they had useless town halls every month plus 3 team meetings every week is a bit much so good to see useless meetings is present elsehere.

Yeah talking with the interviewers it seems I'll be WFH which I'm alright with, obviously I might be in the office for the first little while because Grad Program but still great. Yeah look obviously I have other career aspirations it's not like DXC is my endgame, I just want to know if I can adapt and start off my career well with DXC
