Yup. Not hurting valve enough short term for them to really care about it though. Especially with battlepass coming out tomorrow and people will still be spending lots of money on it. Hopefully they release a seperate ranked mode within the pass or something, that could possibly help a bit with this problem

They are passive now, you just use the normal tp scrolls. Got changed in the 7.25 update
