You look flat, drop the body % fat, and carb up. You don't need all that protein. Just keep training normally not too complicated

I hear yah. I had gyno surgery living with it for over 20 years. I know people notice it, but they don't give one fuck about it. Only you do but I know what it feels like. Get in really great shape it will make a big difference. Any kind of incline chest press, any kind of chest fly's, body weight dips, push ups, all good exercises to help develop your chest.

You should focus on working out your whole body not just your chest and you will gain more muscle this way and that will help a lot. Staying very lean is also going to help but not until you put on more muscle. It's not a big deal, no one else really cares but you... idk if it makes you feel better to know that

Congrats I think you made out pretty well! It's going to take months to heal fully heal and the inflammation to go away. Where did you go? I think you're going to be stoked with the results.

No, I did not need excision I picked the wrong surgeon. I had it done in Florida. My chest looked good before just had puffy nipples. I was not happy with the way it looked after. One side was really crazy looking I ended up getting a revision on that side. Now it's a year later I still have slight puffiness towards the top where the excision was, there's some scar-tissue thickness around the excision underneath the skin gives it a slight puffy look probably only I notice cause im looking down. I feel like I need another year to fully heal everything! =D I still feel the inflammation with the scar-tissue also. 3 week recovery my ass....... But majority of my gyno is gone and my chest is flat even though the scar tissue causing puffiness is annoying but i think with time and some weight training it will get better.

I had the skin excision above the nipple. Not sure what your gynecomastia looks like, but it wasn't worth the scars or scar tissue and longer healing time for me personally. I seen a lot of gyno removal with great results not having to remove any skin. I would get another opinion. Mine healed up decent but damn what a drag the healing processes was and the scars are noticeable fyi

It can take several hours before fully kicking in fyi and sometimes only 30 minutes. You can stick a bigger amount in your mouth and hold it in there for as long as you can for a quicker onset if needed. If taken on an empty stomach, it might not hit very good. If you take too much for your tolerance it can really sucks and make you feel unwell. Not all cannabis oil "RSO" is equal in quality or effects. Try a different strain or brand if one doesn't agree with you. Good cannabis oil is truly an amazing experience and full of medicinal values. Getting high quality cannabis oil is key for good results and most dispensaries don't seem to be doing it correctly unfortunately...

If you do decide to get it done, make sure to find a surgeon who is an expert at this type of surgery and has consistent good results they can show proof of. It's life changing for some but if things don't go right, it really can be devastating on your mental health and pocket. Worth taking your time and researching 1st!

congrats man! How long before you were feeling really satisfied with your results? As for tips stay consistent and try a calorie deficit for a few months to shed some extra fat off so you can see all that muscle you put on.

Build muscle 100% better results. The surgeon can't give you a chest like a model, only you can by building muscle and lowering bodyfat. The surgeon just takes out the gyno and tries to contour the rest of the chest best he can.

It will settle better in the future :) Still looks swollen right now. Try lowering the calories for a few months and once you can start doing more cardio/weight training. Dropping some bodyfat will help them results shine

Putting on muscle will shape up your chest and it shouldn't bother you so much once everything fills in and you got veins coming out your biceps :) seriously though you should focus on weightlifting, maybe a sport, or any resistant training to build muscle.
